The permit was effective on August 1, 2006. Coverage under the new permit can only be obtained by submitting the NOI - Version 2006. New facilities are required to submit their NOI at least one (1) week prior to the commencement of the industrial activity at the facility. Existing facilities will have up to thirty (30) days after the effective date to submit the NOI.   NOTE: Facilities sampling under Part III. C of the permit and facilities subject to a numeric effluent limitation in Part V of the permit must submit the Annual Report no later than December 31, 2007 (and on an annual basis threafter). All other facilities must submit the Annual Report no later than October 31, 2008 (and on an annual basis thereafter).
